I’m a yoga and fitness instructor currently based in Vienna. I love working with people from all walks of life and helping them live their lives to the fullest.

I spent 25 years in the corporate world in senior positions working crazy hours. Without yoga and sports, I would not have been able to do it. I started out by running a few times a week after work and eventually decided to train for a marathon. This became my obsession for the next few years, running 7 marathons including a personal best of 3 hours 15 minutes.

Then I discovered yoga, which helped me to calm my mind and strengthen my body at the same time. In September 2019, I took the final step and left my old career behind to train as a yoga teacher in Thailand. After that, I started to study yoga anatomy, which eventually inspired me to become a certified fitness and health instructor. I definitely couldn’t have found a better second career, as I now get to do every day what I love most – teaching yoga and working as a fitness trainer. And it gets even better with my own yoga retreats in beautiful Italy.

So, let’s see what will come next!
