Or maybe you are ready to start a totally new FITNESS routine? After an in-depth consultation that takes account of all your wants and needs I will draw up a training plan just for you. We can practice together 1-2 times a week and the rest of the time you can start working out on your own.
I can conduct the classes in German or English. They can take place either in the privacy of your home, through Zoom, or – even better – outdoors.
