Ich nehme seit über einem Jahr zweimal pro Woche an Petras Yoga-Kursen teil. Mit ihren Anweisungen bin ich stärker geworden und meine Flexibilität hat sich sehr verbessert. Sie gibt detaillierte und spezifische Anweisungen, damit es einfach ist und Spaß macht, den Online-Kursen zu folgen. Ich genieße die Abwechslung durch verschiedene Yoga-Stile wie Hatha, Yoga Flow und das sehr entspannende Yin Yoga.
Ich kann Petra nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich auf den bevorstehenden Yoga Urlaub mit ihr.

I discovered yoga thanks to Petra who had the bright idea of organizing online yoga sessions during the self-isolation periods induced by covid.
The power of stretching along with the mental relaxation yoga practice brings definitely helped improve the sleeping disorders I was suffering from. I also feel my body is less rusty than before. I have been amazed at how professionally and seriously Petra changed her career path turning from a successful business woman to a great and dedicated yoga teacher.

I trust Petra. That is one of the very important reasons why I try to follow her courses as much as possible. I trust her because she knows how the body works, she knows what is good for you and what you’d better not even think about. She explains you how and why you should do things. I have been practicing yoga for a couple of years, and thanks to her I improved even basic poses. For many exercises she gives different options, so you can choose how far, how deep you wanna go.
And finally: she is down to earth. She is not one of these snakelike teachers who leave you with a lot of frustrations and pain in the back.
